Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

1. Remove the app from Facebook

This stops Facebook from sharing further information with us.

• Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
• Select Apps and Websites.
• Find Pocket School Pro in the list and choose Remove.

2. Request deletion of your Pocket School Pro data

Removing the app does not delete data we already hold. To have it deleted, email info.pocketschoolpro@proagrisa.co.za from the email address on your account with the subject line "Data deletion request" and include the name you registered with.

3. What we delete

Once we confirm your identity we delete:

• Your profile, login identifiers and any information received from Facebook.
• Your homework threads, uploaded images and tutoring explanations.
• Your usage and credit history, except records we must keep by law.

4. What we may keep

We retain billing and tax records for the period required by law ([insert period]), and anonymised statistics that can no longer identify you.

5. Timing

We acknowledge requests within [insert period] and complete deletion within [insert period] of confirming your identity. We will email you when it is done.

6. Deleting your account yourself

You can also cancel your subscription from the billing page in the app before requesting deletion. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not by itself delete your stored data.
