1. Uploading textbook and worksheet material

Learners may photograph a question they are working on for the purpose of private study and tutoring. Do not upload whole textbooks, chapters, question banks or paid resources, and do not use the service to redistribute copyrighted material.

2. AI-generated explanations

Explanations produced by the tutor are generated for your own study use. [Insert your position on ownership and permitted reuse of generated explanations.]

3. Reporting infringement

If you believe material stored on Pocket School Pro infringes your copyright, email info.pocketschoolpro@proagrisa.co.za with the subject line "Copyright notice" and include:

• Your name, organisation and contact details.
• A description of the copyrighted work concerned.
• Enough detail to let us locate the material (account, thread or URL).
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

4. What we do next

We aim to acknowledge notices within [insert period] and will remove or disable access to material that appears to infringe while we investigate. We will notify the account holder where appropriate.

5. Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to the same address with an explanation and your contact details. We will review and may restore the material.

6. Repeat infringement

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright may be suspended or closed.
