Community Guidelines

Last updated: [Insert date]

Pocket School Pro exists to help learners understand their work — not to hand out answers. These guidelines keep the service safe, honest and useful for everyone.

This page is maintained by Grade Master Africa, the operator of Pocket School Pro. It is template wording provided as a starting point and is not legal advice — please have it reviewed and tailored before you rely on it commercially.

1. Study honestly

Use the tutor to learn the method, then do the work yourself. Submitting an AI explanation as your own work may break your school's or university's academic honesty rules, and those rules always come first.

2. Keep it school-appropriate

Do not upload or request:

  • Sexual, violent, hateful or harassing content.
  • Content that bullies, threatens or targets another person.
  • Instructions for anything illegal or dangerous.
  • Live exam or test material you are not permitted to share.

3. Respect other people's privacy

Photograph your own work. Avoid uploading images that show other learners' faces, names, ID numbers or personal details.

4. One account, one learner

Accounts and Study Credits are for the subscriber. Do not share logins, resell access, or use automated tools to consume credits.

5. Reporting problems

If you see a harmful response, an incorrect explanation or misuse of the service, email info.pocketschoolpro@proagrisa.co.za with the details so we can investigate.

6. Enforcement

We may warn, restrict or close accounts that break these guidelines. Serious breaches may be reported to a school, guardian or the authorities where the law requires it.
